Faculty AI Immersion
Who it is for: College principals, deans, and faculty.
A 12-week hybrid programme that trains college faculty to teach and apply AI, with structured follow-through and independent third-party measurement of behaviour change at 90 days.
What makes this different: almost no training provider measures whether their programme actually changed anything. Vitti does. If a cohort does not meet the 70% threshold, we work with the institution before scaling.
Principal attendance on Day 1 is non-negotiable, institutional change does not happen without the person at the top signalling that it matters.
